Headmaster retires on a High
Roy Iremonger, who retired as headmaster of Shoreham college in June of 2008, marked his farewell with a final attempt at the 30 mile cycle ride.  After gallantly attempting this distance on the first ever Downs Link Challenge he stated that “we would never, ever see him on a bike again”.  He had obviously been in secret training however as he completed the ride quite comfortably this year.
And the really great news is that he raised £680 in sponsorship.  Well done Roy!
 All at D.L.C. wish Mr. and Mrs. Iremonger all the very best in their retirement.
