VC Jubilee is a cycle club for 9 to 18 year olds whose members can regularly be seen riding along the Downs Link on a Saturday morning or just about anywhere else around and over the South Downs. Club members are encouraged to try all disciplines of the sport and many compete nationally.
The club has supported the Downs Link Challenge every year. In 2008 when the challenge clashed with a national race meeting the club re-ran the challenge two weeks later so that they could contribute. This continued in 2009 and 2010 allowing the organisers to have a go at the challenge.
