Start Times
To ease congestion at registration the start times vary depending on the distance you are doing.

8.00 am - 30 mile cycle to Christs Hospital and back.
☺
8.30 am - 20 mile cycle to West Grinsted Station yard and back.
☺
9.00 am  -5 and half mile walk to bench on track past Wykham Farm at the point that the river crosses the Downs Link path and back.

9.30 am - 10 mile cycle to Henfield and back.
☺
10.00 am - 5 mile cycle to bench on track past Wykham Farm at the point that the river crosses the Downs Link path and back.

If you intend to walk further than five miles please start earlier and aim to finish by 1.00 pm.
